If you are unhappy about any aspect of the handling of your employment claim, or have an issue with a recent invoice please e-mail our customer service representatives at: customerservices@titanlegal.co.uk
If you wish to make a formal complaint about the service you have received from us please contact our Operations Manager at customerservices@titanlegal.co.uk for a full copy of our complaints procedure.
Formal complaints should be made in writing if possible to the Operations Manager at:

Our policy is to investigate all complaints as quickly as possible. We aim to advise you of the outcome of our investigations within 7-10 days of receiving your complaint.

If for some reason you feel that we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may consider using the complaints and redress system operated by the Ministry of Justice
