This is the first step towards having your employment claim run by an experienced employment lawyer with the added advantage of fair usage e-mail support if you decide to represent yourself after your ET1 has been accepted by the Employment Tribunal. You will be represented at the Employment Tribunal by a specialist employment lawyer. We represent at case management discussions, pre-hearing reviews, full merits hearings, review hearings and appeal hearings. We also offer a mediation service.
